This policy explains how Trajector Golf collects and uses personal information through this website, including the register your interest form.

Who we are

Trajector Golf is a trading name of ICL Education & Training Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15257240. Our registered office is 12 Arncliffe Close, Hindley, Wigan, England, WN2 3LH. ICL Education & Training Ltd is responsible for your personal information (the “data controller” under UK data protection law). You can reach us at info@trajectorgolf.com.

Information we collect

When you register your interest, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, job title, organisation and golf handicap, plus any optional information you choose to add, such as your telephone number, home club or a message.

Like any website, the company that hosts this one records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and the pages you request. We don’t run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your registration, to arrange a conversation and to decide together whether Trajector is a good fit. We only contact you about Trajector Golf. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Who else handles it

This website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are received through Netlify Forms. Netlify runs submissions through a spam filter to catch junk. Each registration is then emailed to info@trajectorgolf.com, and our email is handled by Google.

The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so when a page loads your browser contacts Google’s servers and Google can see your IP address. No cookies are involved.

Netlify and Google are US companies, so your information may be processed outside the UK. Where that happens, it has to be protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to arrange a conversation and, if you take part, to run the programme. If you don’t go ahead, we won’t keep them for longer than we need to, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy you can take elsewhere. Email info@trajectorgolf.com and we’ll deal with it.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
